Participate in discovery, solution design, technical implementation, testing, and post-launch iteration. Work with frontend components, APIs, backend services, and data models to deliver a complete solution that meets the user need and is maintainable, observable, and performant. Build software that is accessible, observable, and performant, with a focus on user experience and reliability. You might be a fit if Experience shipping products in production and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You model messy domains carefully and scope features appropriately. Clear communication and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You effectively use AI tools to accelerate your work and improve the quality of your output. Bonus points Experience with TypeScript and React on both sides of the API. Experience in healthcare, EHRs, or another regulated domain. Event-driven systems, where one write fans out to many consumers.
