$150K - $200K base plus bonus and

Product Engineering, NPI, Power Semiconductor Devices, Product Qualification & Reliability, Failure Analysis, Lab Characterization & TestingOur company designs, develops, and globally supplies a broad range of power semiconductors, including a wide portfolio of Power MOSFET, IGBT, IPM, TVS, GaN/SiC, Power IC, and Digital Power products. You will find our products in everyday applications, including personal computers, graphic cards, gaming consoles, TVs, home appliances, smartphones, power tools, and more!

Position OverviewWe are looking for an individual with basic semiconductor device/packaging/testing knowledge to drive new product introductions (NPI) with strong ownership.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake a product development plan with the inputs from marketing and R D, monitor the outcome, and seek alignment throughout the product development cycle to proactively drive new product release with target performance and timelineMaintain product checklist and coordinate phase gate reviewsMake a product qualification plan, monitor, and report the resultsCoordinate engineering builds and evaluates, analyzes, and interprets the test resultsParticipate in failure analysis and problem-solvingSupport customer inquiries regarding the datasheet or special characterization occasionallySupport product quality incidents and coordinate engineering analysis occasionallyQualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or a closely related fieldStrong understanding of semiconductor device physics, statistical analysis, failure analysis, and basic circuit analysisStrong data analysis skills, experience in statistical data analysis tools such as Datapower/eXensio/JMP/minitab, a plusKnowledge in semiconductor device fabrication and assembly process a plusHands-on experience with lab testing equipment such as probe station, Tektronix curve tracer, HP4142B, Keysight power device analyzer, etc.
