In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing advanced chemical filtration systems used across various manufacturing processes. Your expertise will drive improvements in product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Design and develop chemical filtration systems utilizing principles of chemistry, process engineering, and CAD software such as AutoCAD and CAD tools to create detailed schematics and layouts. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure filter designs meet stringent CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and FDA regulations. Conduct laboratory experiments and testing to validate filter performance, analyze data, and refine designs for optimal efficiency. Manage project schedules from conception through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines effectively. Utilize data analytics to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Oversee process engineering activities related to chemical filters, including process optimization, safety assessments, and compliance documentation. Develop technical documentation, reports, and validation protocols ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality assurance processes. Experience Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Proven experience in chemical filtration system design, manufacturing & controls, or process engineering within regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or biotech industries. Strong knowledge of CGMP practices, FDA regulations, and laboratory testing procedures. Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) for designing process equipment layouts. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), data analytics tools, and quantum engineering concepts is advantageous. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working within lean manufacturing frameworks to optimize processes and reduce waste.
