Product Development Engineer:

Design components, assemblies, and machine systems using CAD tools. Develop new products and improve existing product performance and reliability. Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation. Design sheet metal, fabricated, and machined components for production. Build and refine prototypes using fabrication, machining, and welding processes. Plan and conduct tests to validate function, durability, and performance. Inspect components and assemblies using appropriate measurement tools. Partner with manufacturing to release designs and resolve production issues. Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control components. Own assigned projects and contribute to continuous improvement. Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a

Product Development Engineer:

5+ years of mechanical or product design engineering experience. Proficient in 3D CAD and engineering drawings (SolidWorks preferred). Strong foundation in mechanical engineering and machine design. Understanding of sheet metal design, forming, joining, and tolerances. Hands-on experience with prototyping, fabrication, welding, or machining. Experience maintaining BOMs and supporting engineering changes through release. Ability to diagnose failures, identify root causes, and validate fixes. Ability to develop test plans and solve mechanical design problems. Experience designing equipment, industrial machinery, or similar products preferred. Experience with FEA or CFD is a plus. Electromechanical design experience with motors, sensors, and controls is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills across departments.
