Supplier Development Location:

Merritt Island, Florida (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven professional who will help improve supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery metrics. Our team values technical expertise, collaborative problem-solving, and a strong commitment to supporting safe human spaceflight initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Drive continuous performance improvements by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations. Analyze and implement corrective actions for supplier performance issues, including root cause identification and recovery plan development. Oversee supplier audits, monitor key process metrics, and support new part/process introductions within the supply chain. Lead initiatives for manufacturing process improvements, workflow management, and alignment with business needs and strategic plans.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering. Experience with product development teams to define and implement design requirements for manufacturing success. Background in hardware development and manufacturing of complex electronic assemblies. Proven experience in technical management of suppliers and implementing DFx principles in outsourced manufacturing.
