Job Description
- Daniel Boulud, we are entering our most consequential phase of growth and reshaping the global hospitality landscape.
What You'll Do:
Architect, implement, and ship production code across mobile (React Native), backend (PHP and TypeScript), and infrastructure. Use AI-powered tools to prototype, debug, and automate work faster, reducing repetitive effort. Contribute across the stack, tackling UI polish, system performance, backend logic, and operational tooling with equal enthusiasm. Collaborate directly with product, design, and operations to define requirements and ship user-facing improvements. Write clean, testable code and help establish practices that keep the codebase healthy as the team grows. The Winning Recipe Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-7 years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally on fast-moving product teams. Full stack experience across React Native, TypeScript, and a server-side language such as PHP or Python. Track record of building with AI, from agentic workflows to AI-native features, as a core part of how you ship product. High agency and ownership mindset, shipping and unblocking yourself without waiting on others. Strong product sense and a sharp eye for user experience, ideally shaped by time in hospitality, luxury, or marketplace products. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Vercel, or Cloudflare. Familiarity with GraphQL andREST API
design is a plus. Comfort with SQL, Redis, and modern deployment workflows is a plus. Compensation is based on your experience and the scope of the role. Final compensation is based on factors like experience, location, and internal equity. This role also includes equity and a full suite of benefits.Typical base salary ranges are:
Junior level: $100,000- 160,000 Mid level: $150,000
- 200,000 Senior level: $190,000
