We are looking for individuals to join our Product Development Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA! hires will start in January 2027 or June 2027. OurHNI Development Programis a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology prior to their start date. Minimum 2.8 GPA High academic achievement in their education pursuits Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred What your good at: Self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and embraces change Strong leadership characteristics and active in college activities Adaptable and flexible Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team environmentWhat We Offer:
