Responsibilities Apply product knowledge to enhance functionality and create innovative solutions for product development. Develop pump designs. Continuously improving product designs through warranty analysis and development. Collaborate with and communicate engineering requirements to internal and external suppliers. Assemble and test prototypes to validate design concepts. Occasional travel (local) may be required. Perform other duties as assigned. OT as needed. Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or a related field. Experience with Centrifugal pump systems preferred. Experience in product applications. Water systems knowledge a plus. Flint & Walling is an Equal Opportunity Employer. From $70,000.00 per year
