Job Summary Are you looking for a role to grow and learn from a 150 plus year family-owned corporation? Flint and Walling is looking for a product engineer to join our engineering team. Flint & Walling is a family-owned engineering & manufacturing-driven company that has been an icon within the water pump industry for over 150 years. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Apply product knowledge to enhance functionality and create innovative solutions for product development. Develop pump designs. Continuously improving product designs through warranty analysis and development. Collaborate with and communicate engineering requirements to internal and external suppliers. Assemble and test prototypes to validate design concepts. Occasional travel (local) may be required. Perform other duties as assigned. OT as needed. Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or a related field. Experience with Centrifugal pump systems preferred. Experience in product applications. Water systems knowledge a plus. Flint & Walling is an Equal Opportunity Employer. From $70,000.00 per year
