As an engineering-focused company, we provide a hands-on opportunity to further innovate and advance the topologies, control systems, components and packaging of our power modules and the power delivery networks that drive key advancements in AI, electric vehicles, and aerospace. Job Description Working in the R&D organization, you will design and develop state of the art DC/DC converter products using proprietary technologies. Design elements include converter design, magnetics design, analog design, component selection, simulation/test, PCB layout, and product functional specification development. Leads product design and development from product conception through manufacturing production. Oversees the generation of the full documentation package for all products designed. You will also interface with internal organizations and external customers.
Education / Qualifications
BSEE, MSEE
preferred 5+ years of Power Electronics design experience in one or more of the following: AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, VRMs, BUS Converters. Extensive knowledge of high frequency switching power supply topologies and control architectures. Specific power conversion design skills include: high frequency magnetics design, power conversion circuit design and analysis, circuit simulation, layout considerations, feedback control theory, EMC compliance, and logic/interface circuit design. Strong mathematical and analytical background, with ability to model complex electrical problems. $105,000 - $130,000 Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
