Own the development strategy for new process generations and platform enhancements. Lead root-cause investigations of technology and reliability issues. Drive technology decisions and technical risk management. Benchmark competition and industry trends. Mentor senior engineers and technical experts. Develop technical competencies within the organization. Typically 12-15+ years of semiconductor industry experience Significant experience in power semiconductor technology development Strong background in GaN device and process technology development andintegration Proven experience leading complex R D projects from concept tomanufacturing release Demonstrated success influencing strategic technology decisions Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven capability to lead globally distributed teams Fluent english, basic german as advantage We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
