LS (Laser Scanning) systems enable cost-effective patterned wafer defect detection for the industry's most sophisticated process technologies deployed in leading-edge foundry, logic, DRAM, and NAND fabs. SWIFT (Simultaneous Wafer Inspection at Fast Throughput) systems deliver all-wafer-surface (frontside, backside, and edge) macro inspection that is critical for automotive IC, MEMS, and advanced packaging processes as well as foundry/logic and memory fabs.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline. Semiconductor capital equipment industry experience. Experience with PLC/NPI processes. Knowledge of supplier development, strategic sourcing, and technology partnerships. Experience managing technology roadmaps and long-term supplier relationships. Familiarity with intellectual property agreements, joint development programs, and technology licensing. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Product Development, Supplier Engineering, Technical Program Management, or related field. Experience working with external suppliers on complex technical products or subsystems. Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary systems including mechanical, optical, electrical, electromechanical, software, or semiconductor equipment technologies. Proven ability to lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Experience with supplier selection, technical sourcing, and new product introduction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Base Pay Range:

$129,600.00 - $220,300.00
