Execute sales and marketing plans against assigned revenue targets and market share goals. Prospect, qualify and develop new leads within the industrial process equipment market. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and their engineering staff on application selection, equipment sizing and system capability. Deliver product presentations, equipment demonstrations and trials at customer sites, trade shows and industry seminars. Translate customer and channel partner needs into product and functional requirements, and route field feedback to product management. Coordinate with technical support on system commissioning, startup issues and post-sale technical resolution at end-user sites. Maintain account activity, pipeline and forecast data in a CRM platform and prepare sales reporting. Requirements BS Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering. Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience with industrial process equipment. Experience selling capital equipment on a consultative, solution-based cycle against a quota. Working knowledge of process applications such as particle size reduction, dispersion/mixing or continuous reaction systems. Experience troubleshooting process and application issues in the field. Experience with CRM software for pipeline and account management. Willingness to travel 30-50%. Experience supporting equipment commissioning and startup a plus. #ERGx
