$80,000-$100,000

Medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO The Product Engineer will evaluate new product opportunities and help determine which concepts should move forward. This business-focused role is ideal for an engineer interested in product strategy rather than design work. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new product ideas from technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams. Define the customer problem and assess the proposed solution. Analyze customer value, market demand, competition, financial potential, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and leadership to validate assumptions. Visit customer sites to understand applications and operational challenges. Prepare business cases, market requirements, and executive-level recommendations. Travel up to 15% as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; Mechanical Engineering preferred. Two to six years of engineering, applications, field, or technical experience. Industrial equipment or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills. Interest in product strategy and commercial decision-making.
