- + 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience + Ability to lead a small team and work independently as part of a larger team
- Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- + BSEE or similar 4 year technical degree + Significant experience working in a production test environment on flight controls + Significant experience developing acceptance test with CsGTI, NI TestStand, Labview, Visual Basic or similar test executives and programming languages utilized in the Test Engineering discipline.

Full-Time Salary Range:
$107359 - $182510 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
