Summary of Role:
Responsible for process integration of advanced CMOS devices on
FINFET/FDX
technology; new product tape outs for development, and driving improvements related to device performance, technology yield, Cp/Cpk of inline and electrical parameters, defectivity, and more. Essential Responsibilities
  • Within technology development, responsible for developing process flows and process recipes to enable new product tape out to get early engagement with customers.
  • Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
  • Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
  • Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
  • Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing
  • Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking and sophisticated analytical techniques. Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR).
BS + 3-4
years of experience or
MS + 1-2
years PhD+ 0-1 year
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning & organizational skills Expected Salary Range $69,000.
00 - $145,800.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location. The role you are applying for may require you to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during your employment.
