Job Description

Job Summary:
This role is centered on the design and development of industrial pump and fluid system products, including cooling systems, heat exchangers, and related mechanical assemblies. The Engineer will own designs from concept through prototype, validation, and production launch, with a strong emphasis on application-specific pump design and performance. This is a hands-on engineering position requiring active involvement in prototyping, test setup, lab validation, and product iteration. The role also drives design for manufacturability (DFM), cost optimization, and continuous improvement of both new and existing products. Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and operations, the Engineer will lead new product development efforts, support production readiness, and troubleshoot design-related issues in released products. Additional responsibilities may include developing test stands, fixtures, tooling, and assembly processes, as well as creating and maintaining engineering documentation, conducting design reviews, and leading root cause investigations. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a build-test-learn environment, takes ownership of product performance, and enjoys turning complex fluid system requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions.
