Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Liaison with our customers and internal manufacturing experts for confirmation of product requirements and manufacturability Confirm that defined manufacturing processes can achieve internal manufacturing standards and customer requirements Review results with Team Leader and Manufacturing Expert Leads to develop possible countermeasures or approve process plan results Modify part data designs to display countermeasure proposals using 3D CAD surfacing Perform project management skills for schedules, resources, budgets, tracking, and reporting Ability to interact and provide mentorship and team building through work habits, communication, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise; expand and maintain technical expertise through formal and on-the-job training opportunities Completes other duties as assignedWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Business open office atmosphere Support as needed on-site at the Customer design center Direct access to the production floor for validation of manufacturing processes High volume of interaction with Excel, PowerPoint, andCATIA 3D CAD

Advancement opportunities through Skill validation matrix Education reimbursement for continued learning Training and development programs Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized, self-motivated, creative, good organization abilities and problem-solving skills, strong as an individual or as a team; Strong Project Management abilities Basic experience with 3D CAD (CATIA a plus) Skilled in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) Willing to take continuing education classes/trainingBenefit Package:
