Your contributions will directly influence product quality, manufacturability, and cost, all while working with advanced semiconductor technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, tackle complex technical challenges, and drive meaningful improvements in the semiconductor manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Analyze high volume manufacturing data to bucket failures into problem-statements and develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement Drive fast-paced debug task-forces in collaboration with test content owners, fab, design, and quality teams to resolve limiters Collaborate with Fab teams to optimize process targeting, prioritize Failure Analysis, and develop process fixes Establish and document Best Known Methods (BKMs), systems, and tools to ensure consistent results. Apply advanced engineering tools and AI to solve intricate technical problems while maintaining disciplined model-based problem-solving Present complex technical findings to Director and VP leadership The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills:Independent:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or BS degree in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. 2+ years of experience in data analysis tool such as JMP, python, Excel. 2+ years of experience supporting semiconductor Fab manufacturing.Preferred Qualifications:
