Description Falconer, NY Provide clear production manufacturing and assembly instructions to operations personnel. Formal work instructions, assembly sheets, set up sheets, MPPs and engineering memos. Support evaluation and implementation of equipment to meet production requirements for operations dept. Assure and maintain product integrity. Track and improve company depts and metrics. Provide direction and resolve issues via email or other Support technical conversations with customer related to design/ manufacturing changes and improvements. Travel to vendors to explore new equipment Travel to customers to discuss NPI opportunities Work additional hours on occasion to support program goals and product demand.
