Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
Creates and edit sales orders in accordance with selections of ordered products and options contractually agreed to by customer Ensures quality and accuracy of data and documents generated while meeting order schedule requirements for project release. Works with Project Management to communicate order issues to external customers in timely manner to quickly resolve questions or issues on job definition Provides and communicates with, internal customers, all documentation and information to purchase and manufacture sales orders. Solicits quotes, through the procurement department or vendors, for accurate pricing on panel, breakform, and security screens Generate and provide for Purchasing and Manufacturing job specific technical drawings for breakform, fabrication, or glass Maintain accurate files and record keeping for the Finance and Accounting departments as it relates to sales order. What We Are Looking For Experience in fenestration industry ideal Experience in Soft Tech V6 order management system a plus Associates degree in technical discipline like Engineering or equivalent experience in area relating to order processing or project administration. Ability to read and understand technical, product and construction drawings Computer skills- Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, CAD Excellent keyboarding skills Excellent math skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
