The North America team is seeking an R D Engineer for our Lansing, MI manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ___________________________________________________________________ Your Impact
- Lead development and improvement of products, taking ownership from concept through testing and production implementation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver practical, customer-driven solutions.
- Plan and execute product testing, translating results into clear recommendations and design improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and process issues, supporting both manufacturing and field performance.
- Drive progress across projects by coordinating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring key milestones are met. Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in product development, R D, or a hands-on engineering environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and meet deadlines, including influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in testing, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of CAD tools (e.
