Product Development Engineer Location:
Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Development Engineer. Our team is dedicated to enhancing product excellence and innovation in the footwear industry, ensuring that athletes receive the best possible products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with industry standards. Act as the primary point of contact for overseas partners, ensuring clear and accurate communication throughout the development process. Facilitate meetings, drive consensus, and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals. Identify and suggest cost-effective solutions to enhance product development and manufacturing processes.
Required:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or development role, with a strong preference for footwear experience. Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills. Demonstrated logical thinking abilities and a self-starter mindset. Experience in project management, problem-solving, and applying creative solutions.
