Contribute to full life cycle of software products. Lead testing effort and ensure quality promise is upheld by measuring quality performance and making sure QA resources, tools, and processes are available to those who need them. Facilitate communication between functional teams and work closely with team members to achieve results aligned with overall project goal. Participate in development of software requirements and design specifications. Participate in building quality into products by writing automated tests and performing tests including ad hoc testing throughout development cycle. Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts to test functionalities of CGM software and system. Create verification and validation test plans, test reports, traceability matrices and review with relevant stakeholders. Record and track issues in bug tracking system. Analyze failures and collaborate with development teams to ensure root cause is investigated. Contribute to release process improvements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship for junior engineers.SALARY:

Dexcom is seeking an accomplished leader to head its Global Direct Materials Strategic Sourcing organization. This executive will shape and execute sourcing strategies across critical direct material categories, build strategic supplier partnerships, and help ensure supply continuity, quality, innovation, and cost competitiveness in support of global growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience across procurement, engineering, and manufacturing environments, along with the ability to lead complex supplier ecosystems spanning traditional suppliers, contract manufacturers, and toll manufacturing relationships. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can influence across functions, drive transformational change, and position the organization for long-term scale, resilience, and value creation.
