Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 15+ years of experience in networking system development, including L10 switch platforms and L11 rack-level solutions supporting 100G, 400G, 800G, and next-generation Ethernet technologies. Strong understanding of network switch architectures, including Intel x86 processors, Broadcom ASICs, PHY devices, platform management controllers, and overall system-level design and integration. Deep knowledge of hardware and firmware interactions, system bring-up, platform validation, debugging, and root-cause analysis across complex networking products. Proven ability to lead system definition, integration, qualification, and deployment activities while driving technical decisions across cross-functional engineering teams and external partners. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical direction, communicate across organizational levels, and balance technical and business objectives.
