Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Product Development Engineer to support new product development and sustain existing product lines. This role plays a key part in the R D team, designing innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new products, including concepts, prototypes, and final solutions Execute product development activities in compliance with design control and regulatory requirements Create and maintain Design History File (DHF) documentation Lead and participate in technical design reviews and cross-functional collaboration Transfer product designs to manufacturing and support production readiness Research materials, processes, and manufacturing techniques Manage multiple development projects, including timelines, priorities, and costs Investigate and resolve product issues in alignment with CAPA and complaint handling procedures Implement design updates and improvements based on feedback and performance data Provide technical support for manufacturing and process improvements Qualifications Experience in product development within a regulated medical device environment Strong understanding of domestic and international regulations and standards Proficiency in engineering design, testing, and documentation practices Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Our Values We are committed to living our HIVE values: Humble, Inclusive, Visionary, and Engaged .
