$95,000 - $135,000 What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Complete advanced, specialized engineering projects within one of the company's engineering areas: Manufacturing, Product, Process, and Industrial. Complete projects independently with minimal or no oversight. When necessary, provide leadership, feedback, and support to engineers and senior engineers on their projects. Identify current and potential process inefficiencies and product deficiencies. Develop suggestions and solutions for such issues. Implement process improvements and ensure that necessary employees are trained in new procedures. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products are designed and manufactured according to engineering best practices. Ensure that all work completed or overseen meets or exceeds the highest professional and company standards. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. (Master's degree preferred.) 8 years of related experience or training. PE certification or specialized training in a related engineering area is highly desirable (Manufacturing, Product, Industrial, or Process).
