Senior Engine Development Engineer Location:
Milwaukee, WI (onsite) Key Responsibilities Design, validate, and launch new engine and generator products. Define and develop new engine design requirements. Develop, test, and integrate complex engine components while evaluating effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety. Design, develop, execute, and evaluate testing, product specifications, and process validation plans for new and existing products and components. Create and review material specifications and bills of materials (BOMs). Collaborate with manufacturing teams, contract manufacturers, designers, and product specialists to optimize advanced engine designs for manufacturability and performance. Support product development plans, including schedules, cost targets, and design requirements. Mentor and support less experienced engineers. Travel as required to support engineering and product development activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
