Job Description
What You'll Do and Impact:
Research products, components, and emerging technologies to develop specifications for new product introductions that create value for customers. Contribute to product development projects led by senior engineers, helping accelerate development from concept through launch. Support cross-functional project teams in identifying and evaluating high-value opportunities for new and innovative products. Review business plans and recommend technologies that support desired product and business outcomes. Apply technology and AI tools to research and development activities to simplify processes, strengthen insights, and improve products. Develop and perform product comparison testing and establish standards for evaluating product performance. Create concept sketches, engineering drawings, logic diagrams, and other technical documentation to support prototypes and new product concepts.Skills Needed:
