Lead Electrical & RF Engineering Specialist Location:
Phoenix, AZ | Full-time | On-site We are recruiting for a leading aerospace technology business seeking an experienced Lead Electrical & RF Engineer to drive the development of safety-critical avionics systems. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical and RF hardware design, architecture, and integration. Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams and external development partners. Manage hardware requirements, verification, and certification activities. Drive RF performance, product optimisation, and engineering innovation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years' aerospace, avionics, or safety-critical electronics experience. 5+ years' technical leadership experience. Strong expertise in RF, analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronics. Experience with DO-160, hardware requirements, and certification. Experience managing external engineering partners.
