full-time Job Description We are seeking a Senior RF Design and Test Engineer to support the hardware integration and validation of highly integrated custom GNSS receiver silicon ASICs and modules developed by oneNav. As part of a small, highly experienced team of RF, Digital Hardware, and GNSS software engineers, you will tackle exciting technical challenges and deliver high-impact solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, clear communication, independent thinking, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design RF/microwave circuits and systems integrating oneNav's custom GNSS silicon. Develop and execute experiments to analyze and enhance receiver sensitivity and interference immunity. Lead debugging and bring-up of RF, analog, and mixed-signal hardware. Support high volume production tests. Lead in-house manual and automated testing of receiver hardware (RF and digital). Develop test procedures and create Python-based automation scripts using test hardware APIs. Design test boards and customer evaluation PCBs. Minimum Qualification M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of experience in RF hardware R D. 3+ years of Python programming experience. Understanding of RF receiver impairments (phase noise, nonlinearity, IQ imbalance, etc.). Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as arbitrary signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and digital oscilloscopes. Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and/or C/C++. Experience designing high-signal-integrity microwave systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualification Experience with GNSS receiver technology. Experience with Altium, Allegro or similar schematic capture and PCB layout tools. Antenna design experience using state-of-the-art simulation tools (e.g., HFSS). Experience with design of high-volume RF/microwave or high-speed mixed-signal silicon and/or highly integrated RF modules. Familiarity with Xilinx FPGA development tools (XSDK, Vitis).
