YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior RF Engineer II on the Wireless & Connectivity Center of Excellence (CoE) team, you will lead the design and development of advanced wireless connectivity solutions across Axon's product portfolio — including Body-Worn Cameras, in-vehicle systems, wearables, and other next-generation platforms. You will own RF architecture and implementation across a broad range of wireless technologies — from integration of Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo modules to detailed chip-down cellular designs — spanning PCB layout, RF routing, matching networks, and antenna port optimization. Your deep expertise in LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and related wireless systems will be applied to hands-on design, validation, and performance optimization of mission-critical video and communications products serving law enforcement, public safety, and enterprise customers. You will leverage your technical depth, disciplined engineering approach, passion for wireless innovation, and strong ownership mindset to deliver robust, high-performance designs that meet the demanding reliability and coexistence requirements of real-world public safety environments. In addition to leading complex RF circuit designs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional global engineering teams — spanning industrial design, hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and regulatory — to deliver world-class products at scale. As a senior technical contributor, you will influence architectural decisions, drive best practices in RF design and validation, and mentor engineers to elevate the overall technical capability of the organization. This role offers the opportunity to apply and expand your expertise while contributing to technologies that directly enhance public safety, operational effectiveness, and community trust.
