We are recruiting for a highly stable, global market leader (Japan-based, publicly traded) that specializes in advanced RF power solutions. This is NOT your typical giant, corporate machine where you become just a number. You will join a close-knit, collaborative team in Santa Clara office , working on cutting-edge technology that powers the global tech industry. [Primary Responsibilities ] Assist in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of prototype/pilot RF match networks and generators. Diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical components and industrial automation systems. Interface with major semiconductor customers to assist in product qualification and technical support. Maintain engineering documentation, schematics, and test records. Communicate and report urgent matters to the Japan HQ (using translation software/tools as needed). Occasional travel to customer sites (up to 20% local, 5% international, Japan). [Qualifications ]
Experience Level:
New Graduate in Electrical Engineering (or related field) OR 1-3 years of experience in electrical/semiconductor equipment testing. Japanese language skill Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset (comfortable with tools and lab equipment). Openness to utilizing translation tools to communicate effectively with the Japan headquarters. Must be able to work 100% onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
