This role operates within a primarily onsite environment and is responsible for supporting spectrum planning, analysis, and advisory efforts across mission-critical environments. The position requires experience supporting spectrum operations, RF environments, electronic warfare, and communications systems within federal and defense settings.

Schedule:
Primarily onsite; hybrid may be available depending on program requirements. Travel varies by contract. Responsibilities Support spectrum planning, analysis, and coordination for mission-critical environments. Analyze spectrum utilization, interference risks, and communications impacts. Support spectrum management activities involving RF, SATCOM, tactical communications, and secure systems. Assess challenges related to jamming, signal interference, and contested communications environments. Provide technical input on spectrum policy, planning, and operational considerations. Develop technical documentation, briefings, reports, and assessments for government stakeholders. Translate complex spectrum and communications issues into clear, actionable guidance. Support coordination with engineering, cyber, communications, and mission teams. Ensure compliance with security, engineering, regulatory, and mission requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline. Experience supporting electromagnetic spectrum operations, spectrum management, RF systems, or related technical functions. Knowledge of spectrum fundamentals, including frequency management, spectrum utilization, interference analysis, and RF communications. Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal mission environments. Active U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level or higher. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance. Experience supporting DoD CIO, Joint Staff, military service, or defense mission programs. Knowledge of electronic warfare, spectrum policy, and spectrum planning. Experience with SATCOM, tactical communications, wireless, or electronic warfare systems. Experience developing technical briefings, white papers, or assessments for government clients.
Compensation Salary Range:
$140,000-$190,000/year Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
