Qualifications and responsibilities for this RF High Power Amplifier Design Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF/Microwave Engineering 3+ years of experience in RF high-power amplifier design, ideally 50-100W or higher Strong experience with GaN and/or LDMOS technologies Proficiency with Smith chart applications for impedance matching, stability analysis, and power transfer network design Hands-on experience with AWR Microwave Office, ADS, and RF simulation/modeling tools Design and develop new L-Band and S-Band solid-state high-power amplifiers Lead amplifier block design including matching networks, bias circuits, thermal management, testing, and troubleshooting Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams while maintaining detailed design and simulation documentation

Salary :

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
