Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 days a week) Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Senior
FCC / RF
Infrastructure Analyst to support critical FCC and RF licensing activities across wireless and microwave network environments. In this role, you will lead regulatory support efforts including licensing, renewals, modifications, and compliance documentation, while serving as a key coordination point across engineering, legal, vendors, and field teams. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into RF path analysis and microwave design support, making it ideal for a professional who combines regulatory rigor with a strong interest in technical network engineering. Responsibilities Support FCC-related licensing activities, including new applications, renewals, modifications, and associated regulatory documentation Assist with spectrum coordination and compliance activities for wireless and microwave systems Partner with internal engineering, legal, and external vendors to support timely and accurate regulatory submissions Track licensing records, project milestones, assets, and installation status to help ensure smooth project execution Serve as a technical coordination point between engineering teams and internal field technicians during deployment activities Help resolve issues through proactive communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration Support execution of infrastructure projects by maintaining clear status updates and coordinating next steps across stakeholders Learn and assist with RF path analysis for microwave and point-to-point systems Support path feasibility reviews, basic link budget analysis, and design validation activities Contribute to engineering documentation, technical artifacts, and project records as skills and experience continue to grow Qualifications Experience with FCC and RF licensing, renewals, modifications, and regulatory processes Background in telecommunications, wireless, or microwave network environments Strong documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to regulatory compliance Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, vendors, and field operations Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of wireless or microwave systems and spectrum coordination practices Exposure to RF path analysis, microwave design tools, or related engineering workflows preferred Interest in learning RF path engineering concepts, including feasibility reviews, link budgets, and design validation Experience supporting technical deployments, installation tracking, or infrastructure project coordination preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and adapt as project needs evolve The base salary for this position is $ 92,250 to $117,800 plus, incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
