The Airborne Antenna Design department is seeking an RF Systems Engineer I based in Forest, Mississippi with responsibilities having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization. The RF Systems Engineer I will be responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of RF and antenna systems, processes, and test facilities. These responsibilities include leading and supporting efforts related to system optimization, test time reduction, and test capability enhancement in support of the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Mid Band program. In addition, the candidate will be look at for guidance in troubleshooting and diagnosing RF and antenna system failures.Qualifications you must have:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Major is required. Experience in one or more of the following: Matlab, Python, C++, RF Network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, or Antenna systems.Qualifications we prefer:
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to complex electronic systems. Ability to identify and implement optimizations in electronic systems and test processes. Comfortable interfacing with technical experts and presenting to upper-level management. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
