Job Description The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, takes ownership of network incidents, and can independently manage network monitoring, troubleshooting, and restoration activities. This individual is comfortable working off-hours schedules, collaborating across engineering organizations, and contributing to a growing, high-visibility team focused on proactive network operations and service reliability.
Daily Activities:
  • Monitor network performance across the Midwest market and respond to emerging network issues in real time.
  • Investigate alarms, service degradations, and outages using Nokia OSS and other network management platforms.
  • Perform troubleshooting, corrective actions, and site recovery efforts to maintain network availability and reliability.
  • Support remote software pushes, network updates, and operational maintenance activities.
  • Work independently to prioritize incidents, drive resolution activities, and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
