Job Description
Job Description Role Overview Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to design, debug, and integrate RF systems for highly autonomous consumer products. This role is heavily hands-on, with a strong emphasis on RF PCB design, hardware system integration, and lab-based debugging, ideally within the cell phone or comparable high-volume consumer electronics industry. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RF PCBs and hardware systems across multiple wireless technologies and frequency bands Perform RF circuit design (not layout-only) including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits Conduct lab bench work including debugging, desense analysis, and system characterization Own RF design through the full product lifecycle: concept, validation, certification, and manufacturing Identify and mitigate noise, EMI/EMC, and coupling issues at both PCB and system levels Collaborate closely with EE, RF, antenna, and product development teams Support manufacturing processes, bring-up, and production testing We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
