- 35 pilots to locate and track enemy forces, jam radars and disrupt attacks with unparalleled effectiveness\. Advanced avionics give the pilot real
- time access to battle space information with 360
- degree coverage and an unparalleled ability to dominate the tactical environment\. Data collected by sensors on the F
- 35 will immediately be shared with commanders at sea, in the air or on the ground, providing an instantaneous, high
- fidelity view of ongoing operations

- 35 a formidable force multiplier while enhancing coalition operations\. This system allows F
- 35 pilots to reach well
- defended targets and suppress enemy radars\. The F
- 35 Mission Data organization is in need of a Mission Systems engineer with an understanding of EW and RF principles to help deploy the Common Reprogramming Tool \(CRT\) to our customers\. The CRT will effectively provide our customers with a more efficient, robust approach to rapidly reprogram Mission Data Files \(MDFs\) for F
- 35 mission operations\.
Key areas of responsibility are:
CRT System Test, Test Metrics, Cross- Functional leadership, Integration & Test, Export Control, and Software Development\. Candidate must be able to obtain a clearance and must process for a company
- sponsored interim secret prior to start\. \

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical related discipline, or equivalent experience\.
- Mission Systems Design and Development experience \(Radar, Electronic Warfare \(EW\), Comm/Nav/Ident \(CNI\), etc\.\)
- Requirements Derivation and System Modeling Experience
- Experience leading a project or team
- Strong Cross
- Functional Leadership Skills
- Strong work ethic and self

- Strong program management planning skills to include logical task structure, estimating, etc\.
- Strong Communicator and ability to train and/or present technical content to others
- Experience with design, programming, and testing of Radio Frequency \(RF\) Electronic Warfare \(EW\) systems\.
- Hands on experience with Laboratory, Field, and Flight Test of Electronic Warfare Systems \(EWS\) and Electronic Counter Measure \(ECM\) Systems"
Desired Skills:
- Mission Data File Generation and the Mission Data Update Lifecycle
- Hands on experience with the operations of RF systems\.
- Experience with Agile software development
- Experience with Foreign Military Exploitations \(FME\)

Work Schedules:
- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
