Execute network parameter changes to optimize performance. Incident Management Clear alarms and investigate bugs impacting network services. Provide root cause analysis and resolution for network incidents. Deployments Perform software upgrades and ensure pre-testing and acceptance testing are completed. Lead planning and design activities for new deployments. Manage hardware installations and provisioning tasks including SIM management and subscriber updates. Daily Testing & Troubleshooting Conduct MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) daily testing. Analyze network traces and troubleshoot performance issues. Server Administration Support Maintain and support dial-up servers and NetScout services. Build and manage MCN service applications hosted on servers. In-Building DAS Support Provide GPS and RF support including Wi-Fi calling. Conduct monthly RF walk testing and analysis for MCN and mobile operators. Validate RF signals in response to customer complaints regarding mobile operator network performance
