- during your internship and beyond.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support gas distribution projects related to system reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with tracking construction, maintenance, and emergency response activities.
- Participate in field visits to observe gas distribution operations and understand work practices.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Dispatch, and Safety teams on process improvement initiatives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and operational teams.
- Review standard operating procedures and recommend process efficiencies.
- Support asset management and data quality improvement efforts within company systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current student, Junior or higher (as of Fall 2027)
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools preferred.
- Interest in utility operations, energy infrastructure, and continuous improvement.
