Leading refiner and marketer of Petroleum products seeks an experienced Process Engineer to operate, optimize, and troubleshoot process equipment and support operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor energy consumption, yields, and similar process unit health indicators. Disseminate performance indicators and unit operation data to appropriate teams.
  • Assess catalyst performance and usage.
  • Utilize simulation software to conduct economic evaluations and analyze process operations.
  • Support operator training, management of change development, hazard & operability reviews, and piping & instrumentation diagrams verification.
  • Ensure unit constraints and yields are accurately reflected in Refinery's linear programming model. Share each unit's economic values to Operation's and Refinery management.
  • Collaborate with Refinery management to identify and implement process and equipment design improvements.

Desired Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of Process Engineering experience in the Petroleum Refinery or similar industry.
