  • Ready to make a global impact? As part of the Siemens Energy 9000HL Fleet Operations Team, you'll set the standard for gas turbine excellence worldwide. Providing back-office support for new units commissioning, to optimize the operating fleet, you'll lead technical solutions that enhance performance, improve reliability, and shape the future of power generation.
  • How You'll Make an Impact
  • + Own the operating and protection strategy for Siemens Energy's 9000HL fleet gas turbines, ensuring safe, reliable, and best-in-class performance.
+ Partner with experts across turbines, combustion, compressor, and auxiliary systems to develop next-generation operating solutions that maximize flexibility, efficiency, and availability. + Lead prototype validation from concept to execution, delivering critical projects on time, within budget, and with measurable results. + Turn fleet data into action by identifying trends, solving complex challenges, and deploying enhancements across the global 9HL fleet. + Collaborate with engineering teams worldwide to deliver solutions that meet product requirements, design specifications, and customer expectations. + Help bring new technologies to market by supporting product launches and advancing the success of the 9000HL portfolio.
  • What You Bring
  • + Engineering degree (or equivalent experience in gas turbine development) + 5-10+ years' expertise in gas turbine operation.
More years of experience can be considered at a higher level. + Demonstrated protection philosophy by proactively safeguarding people, assets, information, and operations through risk management, prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement. + Solid gas turbine auxiliary systems (fuel gas, fuel oil, lube oil, hydraulics, cooling, and related systems), with a comprehensive understanding of system interfaces, end-to-end operation, troubleshooting, and protection philosophies. + Proven global leader and strategic thinker with a bias for action, adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels, aligning cross-functional teams, challenging priorities, and delivering impactful results on time and within budget. + Agile / LEAN mindset focused on continuous improvement, speed, and efficiency + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
