  • . + Educate new engineers on the importance of
  • mentorship, internal networking, and productivity best practices
  • . + Develop and maintain standardized onboarding materials, training documentation, and operational processes. + Reduce administrative burden on engineering leaders, instructors, and program owners through consistent, reliable operational support.
  • Candidates for Gas Power Engineering Learning & Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • + Bachelor's degree in
  • Engineering, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • . + Experience in
  • onboarding, learning operations, training coordination, or program management
  • . + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort facilitating group sessions. + Proven ability to work with
