Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Coordination Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of LSS (Life Safety System) gas detectors in semiconductor facilities. Ensure project deliverables meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project progress and issue resolution. Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Responsibilities Design, install, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems related to gas detection. Ensure correct wiring, grounding, and integration of gas detection sensors, alarms, and control panels. Conduct loop checks, functional testing, and calibration of instruments. Technical Documentation & Compliance Prepare and review technical drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Maintain project documentation, including material submittals, method statements, and test reports. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support Identify and resolve technical issues in gas detection systems and related instrumentation. Provide support for maintenance teams to ensure system reliability. Safety & Risk Management Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis for gas detection installations. Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards in all project activities. Commissioning & Handover Perform site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning procedures, and final system handover to clients. Provide training to end-users on system operation and maintenance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant engineering field. Experience in Semicon projects, LSS, or gas detection systems preferred. Strong knowledge of E&I installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and control system integration is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
