The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating robotic systems, developing prototype solutions, utilizing machine vision for calibration and robot guidance, and solving complex automation challenges. Position Overview As a Robotics Automation Engineer, you will contribute to the development of next-generation automation and robotic technologies by applying advanced engineering principles to complex research and development projects. You will work within an agile, cross-functional engineering team, taking concepts from ideation through prototyping, testing, validation, and optimization. This role requires a creative and independent engineer who can make sound technical decisions while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, prototype, and validate robotic and automation systems. Generate innovative concepts and transform them into functional solutions. Integrate robotics, motion control, machine vision, and sensing technologies into complex systems. Develop and test prototype hardware and software to achieve project objectives. Conduct simulations, experiments, and performance analyses to validate engineering hypotheses. Support process automation and systems integration initiatives. Participate in the development of new products, processes, and system components. Contribute to potentially patentable innovations and technical solutions. Iterate designs based on test results, user feedback, and engineering evaluations. Present technical findings, project updates, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with agile, cross-functional project teams on planning and execution activities. Exercise independent technical judgment while working toward broadly defined goals. Required QualificationsEducation & Experience One of the following is required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field plus 8+ years of relevant experience Master's degree in a related discipline plus 4+ years of relevant experience PhD in a related discipline plus 2+ years of relevant experience
