This role ensures equipment reliability, resolves technical issues, and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal equipment performance. Configure and integrate hardware such as robots, servers, conveyors, and scanners. Conduct hardware and systems testing, perform integration tests, and resolve technical issues. Assist clients during and after deployment and respond promptly to service requests. Implement automation systems including AGV, ACR, AMR, and conveyor equipment. Support software testing and WMS integration efforts. Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. Manage spare parts ordering and inventory, ensuring availability and maintaining quality control.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with AGV, ACR, or AMR implementations. Bachelors in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Familiarity with WMS integration and PLCs. Understanding of common networking concepts such as VPNs, firewalls, and routers. Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Scripting experience. Experience supporting client operations post-deployment. Knowledge of SQL and systems integration.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
