Duties Plan and deliver interactive robotics lessons tailored to diverse age groups Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere Guide students through building, programming, and troubleshooting robotic systems using various tools and platforms Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement Foster curiosity and excitement about STEM fields by integrating real-world applications into lessons Maintain organized lesson plans, classroom materials, and student records in compliance with program standard Skills Proven experience in teaching or tutoring robotics, STEM subjects, or related fields Strong classroom management skills to engage students effectively and maintain discipline Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to learners of all levels Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups and learning styles Experience working with children in educational settings, including childcare programs Familiarity with various robotics platforms, programming languages, and tools used in educational robotics Passion for inspiring others and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
