  • Robotics Education Ruiguan Irvine — VEX Robotics Championship Program About Us Ruiguan is a globally recognized VEX robotics training institution with a proven championship record — our teams have won World Championship titles in 2016, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025and 2026.
Our Irvine campus is growing, and we're expanding our team to keep developing the next generation of young engineers. What You'll Do Coach students (ages 6-18) in VEX robotics design, building, and programming Guide teams through the full engineering process — from concept to competition Prepare students and teams for regional, national, and World Championship events Mentor students on engineering notebooks, problem-solving, and teamwork Communicate progress clearly with both students and parents What We're Looking For Valid U.S. work authorization (required) Fluent in both English and Chinese (required) A genuine passion for working with children and a strong sense of responsibility Background in software, engineering, robotics, or a related STEM field (preferred) Prior experience in robotics coaching or teaching is a strong plus Hands-on, hardworking, and eager to keep learning and growing with us Why Join Ruiguan Work alongside a world-championship coaching team and learn a proven methodology Competitive salary based on experience and ability For exceptional candidates, we are open to sponsoring H-1B work visas Clear path for professional growth as our program expands
