We provide end-to-end support, including solution design, on-site deployment, system integration, and long-term maintenance. Our mission is to make intelligent automation accessible and reliable for companies of all sizes. Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support the deployment, maintenance, and operation of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), including automated forklifts. This role is highly practical and field-based, working directly in warehouse and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, assembly, and deployment of robotic systems and related equipment Calibrate sensors, configure systems, and conduct navigation mapping for AMRs Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (electrical, mechanical, sensors, control systems) Perform routine maintenance and replace defective components as needed Provide basic on-site training to customer operators on proper system usage Respond promptly to service requests and ensure stable system operation Document issues and provide feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields Entry-level candidates with strong hands-on skills are encouraged to apply Strong hands-on ability with tools such as multimeters and basic diagnostic equipment Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial environments Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally regionally, if required) Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with robotics, AGV/AMR systems, or industrial automation Familiarity with warehouse operations or material handling equipment Basic knowledge of Linux or system configuration tools What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge robotics and automation projects Hands-on experience with real-world industrial deployments Career growth into senior engineering, technical support, or project management roles Competitive compensation and benefits
